Refund and Exchanges

Introduction

At EcoWex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As an Australian business, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your Consumer Rights

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

Because our products include heavy-duty cleaning equipment (sweepers, scrubbers, steam cleaners) and sensitive hygiene supplies, we handle “change of mind” returns on a case-by-case basis. If you change your mind:

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your EcoWex product is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match the description provided on our website, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the ACL.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Sales Office at admin@ewpsaustralia.com.au or call 03 8742 0586 with your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the issue. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.
